Today I went up in a plane to try to take some photos for a piece we are doing on the anniversary of the flooding last year.
It was kind of like driving around in a car looking for the supermarket or shoe store you remember seeing.
Except it was in a plane.
Like a giant game of I spy.
This photo was one I was particularly proud of because I was given a stack of cryptically captioned photos of the flooding and was challenged to match them.
And I FOUND THIS STREET.
The plane man let me fly the plane for a bit as well.
I told him I had experience.
Ask Hannah about the last time I was allowed to fly a plane. I yelled the whole time about how this was a bad idea.
I was much cooler this time.
