This tree is so lovely when it is covered in these fragrant blossoms. As the flowers wither and fall the ground below tends to look like a blanket of snow beneath the tree.
Where do you live? We have them here too and I just love them!!! I think they look like small orchids don't you? Such beautiful blooms and you captured them beautifully!! Have you seen the catalpa worms? We always use them for fishing!! The fish love them!! Fantastic capture!! FAV!

We live in the Hoosier state (Indiana). Yes, they do resemble an orchid but you have to be REALLY close to see this. That's why I enjoy photography so much.
