What a thrill to have this view from our back door. "Woody" didn't seem at all disturbed as I stood there and snapped his picture. My husband told me this morning that he had planned to remove this dead tree but on second thought he knew it would eventually be an attraction to woodpeckers. He was correct!
A wonderful shot of this beautiful "woody" !! so glad your husband decided not to cut down the old tree ,there must be plenty of grubs under the bark for "woody" to feed on !!
