Hoy no hice ninguna foto, estuve enferma y de viaje. Aunque la verdadera razón es que después de estar en sitios tan bonitos me cuesta encontrar momentos que me motiven sacar la cámara.
Esta foto es del día 31 de agosto, noche que pasamos en
Iquitos. Mi hermana se encontró a un antiguo compañero de trabajo acompañado de
colegas, la mayoría fotógrafos. Lo pasamos muy bien en esos sitios tan divertidos donde nos llevaron! Ésta y otras muchas fotos me las acaba de pasar Alex Kornhuber, un poeta de la imagen
apasionado por retratar la naturalidad de las personas. Me ha gustado conocerle a él y la gran sensibilidad que proyecta en sus trabajos.
He elegido ésta tapándome con un vaso, porque en realidad me sentía tímida ante el objetivo. Además, esa manera de alzar el vaso es muy mía y heredada de mi madre. Levantamos un poco el dedo "gurrín" con esa elegancia que nos caracteriza ... :P
Hey guys and mates from the 365 project, the colors and luminosity that the pics present in the blog are different than how I see them in my computer ... I don't know why this works like that! Is this happening to you?
I don't like this, sometimes you correct some pics and you never know how they will look in the 365 project :(
I go through periods of low motivation, too -- and I think being sick adds to it! This is a fun photo and I like you and your mother's signature style of holding your drink! :) I find my pictures are often darker after I upload to 365, so I have sort of gotten in the habit of trying to make them brighter before I upload to anticipate the diferential.
This is a fantastic shot, I love the colour and your little finger raised - very elegant! I often take down a shot after putting it on 365 and lighten it a little and then put it back up again. they do appear a little darker sometimes but not always. Hope you feel better soon - keep the pictures coming their very inspirational!
