Hahahaha. I have seen these people many times. I’ve always wondered why they want to wear shorts when it’s so cold. I asked one guy and he just said they’re comfortable. I hate the hassle of putting on shoes because I have orthotics and some little chilly things I have to put on and unless I’m in all this garbage so I wear flip-flops even in the winter sometimes on short trips so I can kind of relate, but can you ask him why he wants to wear them when it’s cold?
