Sometimes there are just no words to explain the experience. I setup this shot knowing it was one I had anticipated, envisioned, and dreamed of for a long time. The elements all came together here with the drizzle of the Oregon weather, the glow of the light in the background, the wonderful fall maple leaves gracing the mossy rocks, and the flow of the river before me. I will forever remember the roar of the river, the smell of the rain, and the plethora of fall foliage laid out before me.

So many different textures going on. I was drawn to the bright leaves in the foreground giving the illusion of a ray of sun hitting them. A beautiful shot worth waiting for. I'd frame this one!
