@golftragic I think it was the peace and tranquillity. Apparently it is often windy, but when we were there it was still. Throughout the day the bay looks different constantly, as well as between days and there are birds and wildlife everywhere in the town and on the shore. The area is surrounded by National Parks so a 15 minute drive has you on stunning almost empty beaches or bushland. We walked and kayaked every day. Kayaking was blissful apart from not being able to have my camera with me, especially when we saw dolphins and about 4 different kinds of jellyfish. I just loved the place and will definitely go again for a longer stay
