This is for all of us who are feeling the pain as we get older. My ideal futuristic future is one where we can all painlessly do what we love while appreciating the experience we have gained.
Taken on the trampoline - now taking painkillers after 15 minutes of running and jumping for the sake of a 365 selfie! My teenagers say "just hold the phone out and click, that's a selfie". This is NOT photo shopped at all, just slightly cropped at the bottom

@mikegifford Thanks Mike. I was determined to use a 'true' selfie to get the effect accurate, so much running and jumping was required (no remote). I'm glad you approve
