We drove up to Ottawa today to check out the house my son has rented for school next year. His roommate Emily happened to be there for the weekend. Too bad the landlord who is collecting rent all summer from 5 students, can't cut the grass and clean up the garbage from the previous tenants who moved out at the end of April!
I guess if they want nice surroundings they will have to put in a few hours on their own. It sounds like it will be less work for them to do it than to bug the landlord.
