thanks! @bobfoto its an app generated photo Jayson , called "Aliensky" , where you can paste a fake moon, planets stars and flares, and with amazing filters .... i took this shot around 3 pm in the afternoon (self timer) , and used the midnight filter and end up like this ...
LOL not a super hero ..... @janim the push ups, every morning when waking up.... the plate lifting, I make sure i have atleast 20 , but if I have more time > yeah 100 ... you can do that too. make ur everyday routine, at first it was hard but tha pain will go.....
