A Little Bit Drafty

This abandoned farmhouse is on the edge of a blacktopped county road. Most people probably drive by and never notice it, especially in the summer when the trees shield it from view. It's about a mile from where my dad grew up and my aunt and uncle rented it when they were starting their family so I usually take notice when I'm in the area. They called it "The Honeymoon Cottage". Thanks for visiting today!
This is a great old farmhouse. I'm sure it has many wonderful memories within it's walls.

A lovely setting though and with the sunlight catching the barn it looks quite inviting!

Nicely composed. This evokes a sense of loneliness.

Excellent framing with the tree to the left. This is a great subject. It looks very charming here - and matches your description nicely. I imagine the mood changes depending on the light and weather.
