Subsequent Salvia by genealogygenie

Subsequent Salvia

My tall salvia plant had an abundance of beautiful deep pink blooms early this summer. After the blooms died out, I cut the stems back to encourage regrowth. Now there are blush-colored blooms on the same stems and lots of buds. I'm crossing my fingers that the frost holds off long enough for the buds to all open.

Beautifully processed! I like how the pinkish vignetting compliments the flower color.
