Kerr Jar

The February word for today is name so I've combined name with black and white for my book club photo. Photographing glass was harder than I thought it would be. Any suggestions on what I could have done to help this would be appreciated. Thanks!

I rather like this. The only way to completely control the reflections on glass is to use matt black surrounds.

It is hard to capture. Sometimes you might have to stand at an angle to get the reflections in areas that don't matter.

@swilde @agedrunner @homeschoolmom Thanks for your comments. There always seemed to be the line in the same place no matter where I stood. I wondered if it was because the jar was round. I was also trying to keep the name Kerr prominent in the image. Maybe if I hadn't procrastinated daylight would have helped!
