I accompanied the fourth grade class on their field trip to the Kansas City Zoo. It was a warm day and most of the animals were hidden in the shade. But when we walked by the polar bears, the female ran towards the male and the students thought they were going to see a fight. Instead, they got to witness a little smooching!
