Nice. I like that bird just about to fly past the building. What on earth are the ball like things in front though? Balloons? A sculpture of some sort. I can't work it out.
@jamibann Yes, I think all four "balls" are attached to one string. There were quite a few groups flying kites when we drove by and it was a pretty windy day.
