Entry 12 for my month of Kansas barn quilt blocks. The block, "Country Checkers", is in Franklin County, KS. Roy Reed is an avid checkers player, and the block was made to commemorate his and his identical twin brother Ray's 90th birthday, thus the 4 R's.
