Alien Eggs?

Currants that came in our box of veggies from our CSA yesterday. They are beautiful. Now if I can just figure out something to cook with them!

We've got 3-4 of these bushs in our garden, so I know they're not alien.... however, the close up is looking nice, in particular with the reflection.
