This shot was taken through 2 decaying wooden platforms or barges, situated on a bay at the Bicentennial Park at Sydney Olympic Park. Just across the water, in contrast to the old and abandoned here, is a thriving retail and business park.
This spot is the final resting place of a number of old shipwrecks left in the old scrapyary in the last century. Now the area is a beautiful cycle and walking track with plentiful birdlife and mangroves.
