The green algae has formed on our part of the Leeds Liverpool canal making it very dangerous for dogs to swim in. This red narrowboat belonging to Kevin, who I referred to yesterday, is moored here until the water level increases and makes it navigable again. Meanwhile, he has a cycle.

The water has a coating of green algae. It was the same this time last year. It will go in time. Very dangerous if dogs swim in it or ingest the water there. It seems ok for ducks, geese and swans.
