School is Cancelled????

Only in the south would schools be cancelled for this amount of snow!

Ha ha. Typical. Our school district is located so that mountains (notorious snow and ice collectors) are included in the piedmont. Many, many times we have absolutely nothing on the ground at the house, yet the roads in the moutains are trecherous. So school is cancelled for the whole district.
