Burrrrrr - itos, no, but it is going to be hot tamale again. It was 101 today and this poor guy was standing on the side of the highway holding a sign pointing to the new burrito place. I hope he either owns it or they pay him well. You have to admire him. Notice the water bottle on the ground beside him. I would have needed a water cooler, a picknic umbrella, a fan or two and a water mister at the least.

I'm with you. I would be melting in that temperature. And i like how you positioned your signature. Looks like someone's been busy scribbling their stamp around the city. (wink)
@vernabeth@carriesmart He moved around and back and forth, I suppose to show the sign. He was out there every afternoon last week, I saw him on my way home. My sign would be pointing down also after the sweltering heat!
@happypat Yes, we do. We have ice and snow where I live near Fort Worth and of course, Amarillo gets more of it. It is extremely hot here during the summer. It is already 100+ . I dread thinking of July and August, which are typically hotter than June!
@mlvera The store is not too far from where he is standing, just across a parking lot. I would have thought that he would wear lighter clothes, but he has been wearing dark ones every time I see him.
@sitiodown I'd rather work inside at a fast food place or anywhere inside where it's cool!
