Looks like an immature cowbird- same beak but lighter coloring than the male. I'm just taking a guess on that, but they do look so similar. I have to say, I'm not a big fan of cowbirds and when a pair tries to move into my backyard I scare them off as quickly as possible. This is a good shot though!
