Purple Horse Mint and Butterfly

My daughter took me to see an enormous field of wildflowers, several different kinds. I think this one is a Purple Horse Mint.
Common names: Lemon beebalm, Purple horsemint, Lemon mint, Plains horsemint, Lemon horsemint, Horsemint, Purple lemon mint (wildflower.org)
Scientific name: Monarda citriodora
Family: Lamiaceae -- Mint family

This is an awesome capture. I have a bee balm plant a friend gave me. It is about to bloom. I hope it looks something like this. She said butterflies love it.

I saw a place online that advertised the Purple Horse Mint. It I can get them growing here, I should have plenty of butterflies.

So beautiful! I never saw such a flower, not sure if they grow in Germany, too (will ask google). A field of wildflowers ... that sounds dreamlike. Thanks for sharing some impressions with us :)
