I usually see a shot of them open, so I really like this different view. You will need to post a view of this garden some day. Your friend has some lovely flowers and I imagine the garden is quite beautiful.
@olivetreeann Thank you. Her front garden is right near one of the windows of the house and the one in back has just been started on one side (my husband and son helped her build it and put in sod for her backyard), so it is a work in progress. There are flowers all around her back yard, her house, her patio. Just every spare space!
@lastrami_ Thank you! They are quite lovely, these looked a bit different from the ones that I have seen growing wild, a long time ago near a relative's home.
