Umbrella

2.06 pm: The weather was quite manic today with alternating sun and rain. This man was wise to carry his umbrella with him on the back of his bike. The building behind him is the Home Office, located between work and The Hague Central Station.

Wat een typisch Nederlandse man, in werkkleding op de fiets met een paraplu achterop... (en met een colbertje op een spijkerbroek, wat volgens mijn Britse vriendin Kay absolutely not done is). Grappig met die blauwe ramen, is dat reflectie van een stukje blauwe lucht?
