Overpowering

5.22 pm: The new building adjacent to Leiden Central Station. It's absolutely massive and I strongly dislike the way it is positioned, almost touching the outer platform (from which my train departs in the morning) and completely blocking out everything else. But well, nothing to do but get used to it I guess.

I have to agree with you....it is quite a monstrosity and it does look like it's crowding that area

Totally agree! And with that huge building on the other side as well our train station is starting to feel pretty claustrophobic

Well it has some interesting patterns going on, but I understand the dislike of the sense of crowding.
