11.13 am: The girls solemnly sowing garden cress seeds in a paper containter. Moments after this photo was taken our younger daughter completely freaked out because she had some soil on her hands. She is going through a mysophobian stage.
I had to laugh about the younger girl being freaked out by the dirt on her hands. My 2 youngest had similar issues with play doh/modeling clay and wanted to keep washing their hands and then continue playing with the play doh and then washing up again because it sticks. Your oldest looks like she is really concentrating. Cute photo
Beautiful concentration! I planted a pot of seeds with my son when he was about 20 months and showed him all the seedlings a couple of weeks later. When I turned my back he carefully tipped it upside down to make a 'soil castle' - you live and learn!
