4.53 pm: New gas meters are being installed in our street and a lot of building equipment has appeared in our narrow cul-de-sac. Our elder daughter in particular is very fascinated by the whole process. I for my part was glad with the photo opportunity as the weather has been very rainy and chilly and I haven't been out much.
Like it!!! we have endless holes in our roads....some of natural causes (age related) and others have to be dug as soon as new tarmac has been down a week!!!
