For some reason I started the day thinking it was Jan 29, and I parked my bike under a sign saying bike parking was prohibited there from Jan 30. After this rocky start I had a busy but uneventful day at work. The photo features the old Ministry of Justice, now being used by the House of Representatives. It is as pretty on the inside as it is on the outside.
