Clear blue sky, warm breeze and vegetable seedlings at the local nursery. This weekend I planted my vegetable garden, tomato seeding held high, zucchini and cucumbers and bean seeds nestled in the over turned earth.
Zucchini is a summer squash. It has a green skin and a cream colored inside. it does not have a strong taste but has many different ways to cook it. Steam, bake, roast or fry with some olive oil. Some restaurants will bread it and deep fry it instead of french fries.
