California oak trees are large and graceful. They are quite green this time of year as evident in the photo. Usually they are solitary figures in a meadow of grass. I quite like that I was able to capture this one showing hpthe contrast with the darker green vegetation. This was taken just south of San Jose California in Morgan Hill.
