The place to be on New Years Eve is in Times Square, a close second is on a hot Saturday night. The area is so thick with people that you end up bumping into them. There are cars, taxis and buses trying to navigate the streets, but with so many people on foot, there is a lot more honking than wheels turning.
The photo just shows a portion of the area which is about three blocks long. All of the large screens with moving ads overwhelms the senses after a bit, along with the heat, noise and the crowd.
This challenge by Shannon was to take a photo of someones family that I do not know.
