As luck would have it, or not, I took this snapshot about four weeks ago. Last week there was a fire and the second floor was destroyed and much of the first.
This historic building was built in 1884 and was a saloon, a blacksmith shop and a soda fountain. The last 90 years it has been a cyclery, a shop that sells bicycles.
The building had been up for sale and the city did not want it knocked down. Looks like the developers will get thier way, as what is left is not likely to be salvaged.
