Out for a Prowl

This rattlesnake was out of hibernation and on the prowl for a big meal. Had to keep the dogs away as they could have gotton a nasty bite. This one was caught in a net and placed in a field next door.

Oh! No! Glad I live were we have very few of these. I have never seen one in the wild and hope I never do. Nice shot. Shivers and goose bumps.
