I loved the different woods: of the dresser, the painted panelling and the old mirror. The plums were to add a touch of colour

@handymaurice This is very helpful feedback. I put the plums there almost instinctively, without analysing, but you've helped me look at the shot and see that it would be imbalanced without them, from the right hand wall and ceiling.
