Beauty in old age

Found this in the fridge this evening and was taken by the way the leaf stems had turned blue since I'd last looked at it. These things come in the veg bag and I'm never quite sure what to do with them. Sad really.

@anniesue It's kohl rabi, from the cabbage family only you eat the swollen stem rather than the leaves.
