Helen, I would love to copy this - it's been my goal & I've made several attempts (slow shutter speed with the silky water) but I am still struggling getting it to not be too bright. I noticed you have a very low aperture of f32 I don't know that I can get my camera to go beyond F22
@myhrhelper thanks Kathy, I shoot in aperture priority, and if I want to try a slow shutter speed I push it as small as I can go to see if it will work in the conditions, it was a nice day but at f32 it gave me a 50th of a second which was enough to blur the water and make it work. The water would still have been a bit blurred at f22 but the shutter speed would have been higher - like 125th or so.
