The River Ice started to crawl out of it's bed.

The river started to back up and crawl out of it's bed. Many people walked the banks every day. Huum, humm, will it flood?

@cejaanderso I heard at City Hall that the water had one more meter to go to overlap the river. I ran down there.The last time the river flooded was 1976.

@yrhenwr It was pretty extreme this year. Even with this ice we did not flood on the Island of Montreal.
