Details over the doorway of the Allan Memorial Institute
These are the buildings of the Royal Victoria Hospital. The Allan is the psychiatric Institute where Dr. Cameron who was funded by the C.I.A did experiments on depressed patients. He used L.S.D experiments as well as psychic driving experiments. Over the doorway is a carving of a hunting hound of some sort. Initially I thought it was a weeping woman.
