Does any body know why this would happen on one shot ?

I don't know, Johanna, but I recommend you put this on the discussion forum. I'm sure someone out there knows.

@cejaanderson I do not know how to do that. I have killed two cameras already via thousands of shots. But this one is only 1 year and 2 months old. The card maybe. Heck, Heck, Heck. I will try to go on the discussion forum now.

One tip I know for the discussion forum is that after you have entered it and explained your question, if you click on the three dots at the bottom of your photo's title, it will give you a code to copy and paste. That will replicate your photo onto the discussion forum.

Hopefully reformat or replacing card will do it. Easy enough to do and hopefully problem will go away. Let us know.
