"Remembering The Heroes"

August 29 is National Heroe's Day in Philippines. It is celebrated every last Sunday of August. On this day , Filipinos commemorates the "Cry of PugadLawin" which marks the start of the fight for independence from Spain.

Philippine President Noy Noy Aquino declared August 30 as a non working holiday in Celebration of National Heroes Day.
