Manufactured by the Soviet Union (Former), the airplane was used by the Air Force Regiment 919 to serve President Ho Chi Minh and other leaders of the party and state on their business from 1960 to 1964. From 1965 to 1975, the airplane was used to transport soldiers and combat equipment.
