Liked the look of these clouds that were streaking across the sky this morning.
They're mentioned in the old weather saying, 'Mare's tails and mackerel scales make tall ships carry low sails', fortunately there was no sign of mackerel scales so the weather was set fair for the day and we didn't need to worry about our sails!
Had another lovely walk near Ullswater today, it was good to see so many people out enjoying the lovely sunshine and stunning views.
