Fire and Ice

The sky looked like it was on fire but the land was still frozen this morning.

I thought twice posting another sunrise photo today but I doubt I'll see another like this for a while.

This is on the other side of the castle from yesterday, just outside the cottage where we've been staying so only needed coat over pyjamas and walking boots on for a quick walk to the village green and back.

I think the best view of the sunrise might actually be from one of those turret rooms in the castle. Maybe we'll stay there next time.

@cutekitty I'm always out in the garden in dressing gown and slippers but this was a public place so thought coat and boots were more appropriate :-) Great book/TV tie-in idea!
