We were surrounded by the sights and sounds of spring at the nature reserve today, it seems that everything has woken up :)
I liked the complementary colours in this image, but the background was a bit messy so decided to blur it then add a texture. I copied and pasted an image of moss on a wall and blended it as an overlay layer and masked the bird and branch. I think this was probably easier than cutting out the bird on the branch which would have been a bit tricky with this image.
I'm sure everyone finds their own way of editing in Photoshop, it just seems to take a while to find it!
