This should be appropriately titled "WTF???"
I found a recipe for chocolate pancakes that was supposed to be "great". Yeah, well, that person's "great" sucks monkey butt because the pancake attempt was an epic fail. Just a bunch of gooey discs with charred bottoms. The batter seemed really thick (I went over the ingredients 1, 2, 3 times and I had it all right) so I decided maybe they would be better off being baked as bread??? See above picture for my first bad decision of 2011.
