A friend and I were recently discussing her dreams in which there are corn fields and how she finds these dreams calming and peaceful. Seeing as how I am surrounded by corn fields... I have become a bit fixated on capturing a field of corn in a way which may resemble her dreams. I recently saw a photo by @lisabell and wanted to try to catch something similar. The verdict is still out on whether or not I like it.

I think this is a great shot. Wonderful pov and like the brown dead leaves contrasting with the green ones. It certainly don't imagine a calm place though because the cornfields in movies always seem to have something scary lurking in them. Fav!!

I like it! I'm a sucker for corn shots. I was out taking pictures of some corn over the weekend because it's so pretty in it's current dried and golden state, and the wind kept making the stalks rustle in a very creepy way!
