@kwind Hi Kim, I think that the artist who made it wanted to give the impression that there were birds sitting on the fence. The Fs were my doing as it is alphabet august. Thank you for your comment.

Lovely shot and I can see the source of the water. What is the water for - is it for dogs to drink?

@sangwann Dogs can drink from it, no problem. I think it’s purpose is mostly decorative.
