Lemons

Today I made a meyer lemon poppyseed cake. I was scooping the rinds to put in the compost when I realized I needed a pic for today.
Nothing to exciting. It was a slow day. Due to the storm and power outage last night, and power crews lights, we didn't get much sleep. A tree came down and took out the electric lines and a pole.
We had plans to meet friends for a short hike this afternoon but we were rained out. Who wants to walk in the rain when they can eat cake, anyway?
