What Lies Within

Trying a variety of new routes to DTLA is taking me through parts of Los Angeles I have rarely frequented and opening my eyes to the varied and starkly different architecture, culture, and vintage that ranges across the city. This was a doorway in Rampart Village that beckoned . . . but with a sense of foreboding.

I am going to be photographing more of the new venues I am encountering in the coming weeks.
